PS4, PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch repair
Modern consoles fail in three predictable ways: they overheat, the HDMI port tears loose, and the sticks start moving on their own. All three are fixed on the board, without replacing it.

Overheating is the most common. Thermal paste hardens in three or four years, the fan clogs with dust, and the console either shuts down mid-game or howls like a hairdryer. New paste and a cleaned heatsink put temperatures back where they belong.
Stick drift is not a software fault. The potentiometer inside the analogue wears and starts reporting movement that is not happening. I replace the whole module rather than cleaning it with alcohol — cleaning holds for weeks, replacement holds for years.
